- For manual testing, open
about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefoxin Firefox. - Click "Load Temporary Add-on..." and select the
tempmail-firefox-v1.0.0.zipfile. - Pin the extension icon to your Firefox toolbar for instant 1-click access.
🌐 Chrome / Edge / Brave
Chromium MV3- Extract the
tempmail-chrome-edge-v1.0.0.zippackage to a folder on your computer. - Navigate to
chrome://extensions(oredge://extensions). - Enable the Developer mode toggle in the top-right corner.
- Click "Load unpacked" and choose the extracted extension folder.
Under Firefox's data_collection_permissions specification, TempMail declares "required": ["none"]. This extension does not harvest, transmit, store, or sell any personal data, user credentials, search queries, or browsing histories. Everything generated stays localized to your browser session.
